Job Description

We're looking for an innovative and motivated Product Manager who will manage the multi-team development and operational delivery of a large portfolio of healthcare financial data analytics solutions and products by understanding business requirements, managing changes, removing roadblocks, and communicating broadly with multiple functional groups and stakeholders.

The Principal PM for DnAI will oversee the ideation, planning and execution of curated financial data products and services, leveraging best-in class technology and systems; includes cloud computing, big data, mobile, data science,AI and modern software development methodologies and frameworks. He/She will partner with stakeholders across the business and product teams. The individual will be responsible for:

Working with deeply domain intensive customers and partners to shape financial analytics and product/platform vision and goals

Working with engineers and architects as a bridge to curate technical capabilities, features and technology required to meet the business requirements

Understanding healthcare financial analytics technology trends and patterns, impacts to product roadmaps and plan for integration of relevant patterns into product roadmaps

Articulating features to customers linking to financial value proposition details

Conducting research for building hypothesis and converting ideas into features

Feature prioritization and road map planning

Running design sprints & and user testing

Translating business-to-technical requirements, and vice versa

Defining and tracking success metrics

Exploring new ways of improving existing services and products

Mentoring product managers and product owners

Detailed Responsibilities:

Providing product management and systems analysis for transformational initiatives, capability enhancements, and partnership.

Envision products, create product roadmaps and ensure successful product increment launches by working with diverse stakeholders

Owning the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the financial business analytics products, and be able to work autonomously

Translating problem, data & user research into developing innovative features & solutions.

Working nimbly across multiple projects, with fast-paced iterative product development cycles.

Solving customers’ problems with innovative solutions

Setting priorities and resolve issues in initial stages

Working with cross-functional teams to deliver a complete customer experience and make product release management successful.

Impressive verbal communication and presentation skills and at ease with business as well as technical audiences.

Articulating clear and concise product related documentation as well as general business communications.

Provide regular updates to leadership, escalating items when needed but with presence and relationships to identify and resolve most issues independently

Knowledgeably and successfully present our strategy, roadmap and current progress /actions to senior executive audiences inside the company

Foster, facilitate, and furnish, timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams.

Collaborate with security, architecture, engineering, quality, support, experience, program, and infrastructure partners in coordinating delivery of complex, multi-year initiatives

Accountability for team integrity, product excellence, decision making, delivery estimates and roadmaps and project outcomes.

The position is based in Hyderabad and requires flexible work shift schedule to accommodate North American time zone meetings.

Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Healthcare Administration. Added credentials around Revenue Cycle domain will be desirable

8+ years of product design and engineering experience, with 4+ years of domain driven digital product management experience especially in curating digital products.

Deep experience working with Revenue cycle management, healthcare analyticsand digital products planning and implementation for problem scenarios in healthcare and life science domain is a critical capability.

Ability to operate in a startup mode, structure ambiguous, open-ended problems & analyzing data to discover user needs, most valuable use cases and curating product related insights.

Desired Skills/Experience:

Experience in building data products and financial analytics dashboards

Certifications in Product Management/Agile/Scrum.

Familiarity with modern solution stacks, frameworks

Experience in User research, UX Prototyping.

Working knowledge of HIPAA/Data Governance & Privacy would be considered a bonus.

Knowledge of US healthcare delivery models, US Healthcare domain certifications will be considered a bonus

Primary Skills:

Healthcare Revenue Cycle , Revenue and cost analysis, Products/Platform Product Management, Product Roadmap Development, Requirements Elicitation, User Research, Analysis and Journey Mapping, Business Case Development, Stakeholder Management, UI/UX Prototyping, Technical Writing.

Secondary Skills: Understanding of AI/ML solutions in healthcare Revenue Cycle domain
