Key Responsibilities:

Clinical & Epic Expertise

Conduct virtual patient assessments and triage via phone, video, or digital communication platforms.
The ideal candidate combines clinical expertise, hands-on Epic system knowledge, and instructional design skills to improve user adoption, workflow efficiency, and overall training quality.
Provide evidence-based nursing care and health education to patients and caregivers.
Monitor patient conditions, review symptoms, and recommend appropriate care plans.
Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
Document patient interactions accurately and maintain electronic health records (EHRs).
Respond to patient inquiries regarding medications, treatment plans, and healthcare concerns.
Identify urgent or emergency situations and facilitate appropriate escalation or referral.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Epic workflows (e.g., Ambulatory, Inpatient, ASAP, or other modules based on need)
Collaborate with clinical, IT, and training teams to understand system updates and workflow impacts
Provide input into system optimization initiatives based on clinical experience
Support chronic disease management and preventive care initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, nursing regulations, and organizational policies.
Participate in quality improvement programs and clinical team meetings.

Required Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Minimum 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
Strong knowledge of clinical guidelines, patient assessment, and care coordination.
Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Pay: ₹30.00 per hour
