Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Support office management functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus; bookkeeping experience is advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
