About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Global & Indian Business) to drive local & international sales and expand the global presence of our software solutions and IT services. Prefer applicants from Kerala and speaking Malayalam & English fluently.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in international lead generation, digital outreach, client relationship management, and end-to-end sales coordination. The role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to independently manage global prospects across India,US, Europe, Middle East, and other international markets.
The candidate will actively engage with international clients through digital platforms, outbound campaigns, LinkedIn networking, email marketing, and AI-powered sales automation tools to generate business opportunities and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. International Business Development
- Identify potential international markets and business opportunities
- Conduct market research to understand demand for software products and IT services
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand global reach
- Stay updated on international competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities
2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Generate qualified leads from international markets
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, Google, and email campaigns for prospecting
- Build and maintain a strong database of international prospects and clients
- Convert marketing leads into sales opportunities
3. Digital Marketing & Outreach
- Plan and execute international digital marketing campaigns
- Manage outreach activities through:
- LinkedIn marketing
- Email marketing
- Content marketing
- Online advertising
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize lead conversion strategies
4. Email Marketing Campaign Management
- Create and manage targeted email campaigns for international prospects
- Utilize bulk email tools and automation platforms effectively
- Monitor and improve:
- Open rates
- Click-through rates
- Lead conversion rates
- Optimize campaigns based on analytics and engagement data
5. Networking & Relationship Building
- Identify and connect with decision-makers including:
- CEOs
- IT Managers
- Business Owners
- Technology Leaders
- Build long-term professional relationships and generate business opportunities
- Participate in virtual meetings and presentations with international clients
6. AI-Driven Marketing Automation
- Utilize AI tools for:
- Lead qualification
- Automated outreach
- Follow-up management
- Data analysis
- Use CRM and automation platforms to track customer engagement and sales pipelines
7. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Handle communication with international clients via:
- Email
- Online meetings
- Presentations
- Video conferencing
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable software/service solutions
- Maintain strong long-term client relationships
8. Proposal & Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare:
- Product proposals
- Technical documentation
- Commercial quotations
- Participate in product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Support negotiations and deal closures
9. CRM Management & Reporting
- Update all sales activities in CRM systems
- Track leads, opportunities, and conversion metrics
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Monitor performance against sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills
- Strong experience in international business development and sales
- Knowledge of IT services, software solutions, or SaaS sales
- Expertise in LinkedIn lead generation and outbound prospecting
- Experience with email marketing tools and automation platforms
- Understanding of AI-driven sales and marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer
- Knowledge of proposal writing and client engagement
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and globally competitive environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Degree
- MBA is an added advantage
- 2–5+ years of experience in IT services sales or global business development
- Proven experience handling international clients, in India, US, Europe, or Middle East markets
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM
- Exposure to staff augmentation or offshore development models
- Experience using tools such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- Mailchimp
- Instantly
- Lemlist
- ChatGPT or AI sales tools

- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Travel Requirement
- Travel within Kerala may be required based on business needs
