Position: E-Learning Developer - Trainee

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Developer to design and develop engaging digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate should have the ability to transform learning content into interactive and learner-centric modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive e-learning courses, modules, and assessments based on provided storyboards and learning requirements.
- Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Ensure courses are responsive, user-friendly, and compatible across devices and LMS platforms.
- Perform quality assurance testing and troubleshoot issues related to course functionality.
- Maintain and update existing e-learning content as required.
- Optimize learning experiences by incorporating best practices in instructional design and learner engagement.
- Support LMS deployment, testing, and course publishing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Only graduates from BE/BTech/MCA/MSc(CS). Others, please don't apply
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Added Advantage
- Knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise 360 or other e-learning authoring tools.
- Completion of an internship, certification, academic project or hands-on training in e-learning development.
- Exposure to SCORM packaging, LMS deployment, or course publishing processes.
- Experience creating interactive learning content, simulations, quizzes, or scenario-based learning modules.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
