Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation materials for residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects. The role requires close coordination with architects, structural engineers, project managers, and clients to transform design concepts into realistic visual representations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings for construction and architectural projects.
- Create exterior and interior visualizations, walkthrough animations, and presentation videos.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to prepare accurate 3D models.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to understand project requirements and design intent.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and environmental elements to enhance project presentations.
- Prepare visual presentations for client meetings, project approvals, marketing campaigns, and tender submissions.
- Update and revise visualizations based on design changes and client feedback.
- Assist in preparing construction presentation materials, brochures, and project proposals.
- Ensure all visual outputs align with project specifications, timelines, and company standards.
- Maintain organized project files and rendering libraries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Animation, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural or construction visualization.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, villa, apartment, office, and industrial projects is preferred.
