About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Executive to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong OTA management experience, and the ability to handle reservations efficiently while delivering exceptional guest service.
Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
✔ Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are a MUST.
✔ Prior experience in handling reservations for hotels, resorts, villas, or hospitality businesses is mandatory.
✔ Hands-on experience with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Expedia, etc. is essential.
✔ Knowledge and working experience of Channel Managers is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process reservations received through OTAs, direct bookings, phone calls, emails, and website inquiries.
- Handle guest communication professionally before, during, and after bookings.
- Update inventory, rates, and availability across multiple booking platforms.
- Coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Monitor occupancy, cancellations, modifications, and booking trends.
- Maintain reservation records accurately and ensure timely reporting.
- Maximize revenue through effective inventory and rate management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Candidates from IHM (Institute of Hotel Management) or other reputed hospitality institutes will be preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good computer proficiency and familiarity with hospitality software systems.
