Job Description – Full Stack Developer (ReactJS & Java Spring Boot)

Position: Full Stack Developer (ReactJS & Java Spring Boot)
Location: Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 0.5 – 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer with expertise in ReactJS and Java Spring Boot to join our growing team. The candidate should be passionate about building scalable web applications and have a good understanding of business processes related to Retail, POS, Supply Chain, Loyalty Management, and AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS and Java Spring Boot.
Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Implement business logic for Retail, POS, Supply Chain, and Loyalty Management systems.
Build user-friendly and responsive front-end interfaces.
Integrate third-party APIs and AI services.
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

Required Technical SkillsFront-End

Strong knowledge of ReactJS.
Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
Experience with React Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
Understanding of responsive web design.
Experience with REST API integration.

Back-End

Strong knowledge of Java 8/11/17.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
Experience in developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA.
Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Docker (Preferred)
Azure/AWS (Preferred)

Domain Knowledge (Mandatory)

Candidates should have a good understanding of:

Retail Business Processes
Point of Sale (POS) Systems
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Loyalty Programs & Customer Rewards
E-commerce Integration
AI-based Business Applications
Omnichannel Retail Operations

Preferred Qualifications

B.Tech, MCA, BCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science), or equivalent.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to Retail ERP systems is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
