We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Electrical Trainer to deliver high quality technical training in industrial automation and modern electrical technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in PLC, SCADA, embedded systems, robotics, and MATLAB, along with the ability to provide hands-on practical instruction to students and trainees.
This role requires a dynamic professional who can bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on PLC, SCADA, HMI, and Industrial Automation Systems.
- Conduct hands-on training in Embedded Systems and Microcontroller Programming, including platforms such as Arduino, PIC, ARM, AVR, and ESP32.
- Design and deliver training modules on Robotics and Automation Technologies.
- Provide instruction on MATLAB and Simulink for modeling, simulation, and analysis.
- Demonstrate electrical and electronics concepts through practical experiments, lab activities, and real-time industrial applications.
- Develop and update training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, lab manuals, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide trainees in project development, troubleshooting, and implementation.
- Monitor trainee progress, evaluate performance, and maintain training records and reports.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in automation and electrical engineering.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and maintain training equipment and resources.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming using platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, or equivalent.
- Experience with SCADA and HMI development, including software such as WinCC, Wonderware, iFIX, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in embedded systems programming using C/C++ and microcontroller platforms such as Arduino, ESP32, ARM, PIC, and AVR.
- Sound understanding of robotics and industrial automation concepts.
- Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink.
- Good understanding of electrical circuits, instrumentation, power electronics, sensors, and control systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging and effective technical training sessions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma, B.Tech, or M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of industrial, training, or teaching experience in electrical engineering or automation.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge, hands-on project experience, and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
