Job Title: SAP Business One Executive / Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Business One Executive / Developer to manage, develop, support, and optimize our SAP Business One ERP environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in SAP Business One, SAP HANA, .NET technologies, C#, SQL, and business process management. The role requires working closely with various departments to understand business requirements and implement effective ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Business One Administration & Support
· Manage and support SAP Business One ERP operations.
· Configure and maintain SAP Business One modules as per business requirements.
· Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Business One issues and user queries.
· Coordinate with SAP partners and vendors for advanced support and upgrades.
Development & Customization
· Develop custom add-ons, reports, and integrations for SAP Business One.
· Create and maintain applications using .NET Framework and C#.
· Develop APIs and interfaces between SAP Business One and third-party applications.
· Perform system enhancements and customization based on organizational needs.
Database Management
· Manage and optimize SAP HANA databases.
· Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
· Monitor database performance and ensure data integrity.
· Generate business reports and dashboards using SQL and SAP tools.
Business Process Analysis
· Understand and document business processes across departments such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Production, and Service.
· Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements.
· Translate business requirements into SAP Business One solutions.
· Assist users in process automation and system adoption.
Reporting & Documentation
· Develop management reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
· Maintain technical and functional documentation.
· Prepare user manuals and conduct training sessions for end users.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
· Strong knowledge of SAP Business One.
· Good understanding of SAP HANA Database.
· Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
· Strong SQL programming and database management skills.
· Knowledge of SAP Business One SDK, Service Layer, and DI API.
· Understanding of ERP concepts and system integration.
· Experience in Crystal Reports and SQL Reporting is preferred.
Functional Skills
· Strong understanding of business processes including:
o Sales
o Purchasing
o Inventory Management
o Finance & Accounting
o Production & Manufacturing
o Service Management
o Ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
o Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Educational Qualification
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, BCA, B.Tech, or related field.
Experience
· 1+ years of experience in SAP Business One implementation, support, or development.
· Experience with SAP HANA environments preferred.
· Experience in ERP customization and business process automation will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with SAP B1 SDK, Service Layer, and Integration Framework.
· Knowledge of Power BI, Crystal Reports, or other BI tools.
· Experience in manufacturing industry ERP processes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
