Role description

Responsibilities:

Serve as functional consultants in the assigned third-party tax software implementations (Vertex, Thomson Reuters,, Avalara, Sovos) and custom software development projects.
Manage assigned system integration projects that involve major ERP and billing systems,such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, NetSuite, etc.
Requirements analysis and design for indirect tax software implementations.
Functional configurations to be carried out in ERP systems .
Be responsible for Integration of ERP and 3rd Party tax bolt on. Map the business requirement to the system design and Data mapping.
Manage testing and support of assigned system go-live projects.
Develop and deliver key project documentation including requirements documents, design documents, and test plans
Troubleshoot various functional issue and provide solutions.

Attention To Details – A must for this position as the smallest little detail makes all the difference in the success of our projects. We are looking for individuals who challenge themselves on their own deliverables to ensure that they delivered on time, are accurate ,and require little rework.
Comfortable with Technology – The resource must have a thirst for learning new technologies and must be comfortable around new systems.
