Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with clients and maintain professional relationships.
Understand client requirements and provide timely support and resolutions.
Demonstrate strong listening and comprehension skills to accurately interpret business needs.
Utilize MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, for data management, reporting, and analysis.
Prioritize tasks efficiently and ensure timely delivery of assigned responsibilities.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to operational improvements.
Maintain accuracy and quality while handling operational activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of processes and client requirements.
Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in Operations, Customer Support, Process Management, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Sound understanding of process optimization and operational efficiency.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
