You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our products — architecting distributed systems, driving performance improvements, and mentoring teams. - Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable software systems using modern architectures such as microservices, serverless, and event-driven systems.
- Drive creation of High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for complex features and platforms.
- Build and optimize backend and/or frontend services using technologies such as .NET, Go, Java, Node.js, React, or Angular.
- Contribute to architectural decisions focused on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Guide teams on design patterns, coding standards, code reviews, and testing practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned with engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct technical POCs and evaluate emerging technologies for future roadmap inclusion.
- Mentor engineers and uplift overall team technical capability.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud initiatives (Azure/AWS) to improve deployment automation and reliability.
- Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement in engineering processes.
- 7–9 years of experience in software engineering, system design, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-grade or SaaS products.
- Strong command of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Principles (SOLID, DDD, Clean Architecture).
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms – Azure or AWS (e.g., Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Kubernetes, DynamoDB, CosmosDB).
- Exposure to DevOps practices, automation testing, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with modern SDLC practices.
