Ciklum is looking for an Expert Full Stack Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:
As a highly versatile and cross-functional Expert Full Stack Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. This role is unique in its breadth, requiring a professional who can seamlessly navigate between crafting sophisticated React-based frontends and architecting the high-performance backend "Control Plane" of our Agent Development Platform (ADP). You will be the primary bridge between the user-facing Admin Console and the underlying AI Gateway and SDK infrastructure.
As a cross-functional engineer, you will own the end-to-end feature lifecycle for the Client platform. One day you may be designing multi-tenant "budget dials" and agent chat interfaces in React; the next, you will be building the Python-based FastAPI backend that routes these requests to AWS Bedrock or managing the YAML configuration generators that define agent behavior. Your goal is to ensure a cohesive, high-performance experience across the entire Client "System of Agency".
Responsibilities:

Platform Control Plane & API Gateway: Build and maintain the central platform Control Plane and API Gateway, handling critical functions such as LLM routing, telemetry, and per-tenant cost metering

Frontend Excellence: Develop the Web React components, specifically the Admin Console where tenant administrators configure LLM licenses, security policies, and agent budgets

Backend Services & CRUD: Implement the backend for the Admin Console using FastAPI, managing complex CRUD operations and logical data isolation for multi-tenancy

SDK & Interface Design: Collaborate on the development of the Tango Python and TypeScript SDKs, ensuring they provide a clean, decoupled interface for agent developers

Identity & RBAC Integration: Integrate WorkOS for B2B identity, SSO, and fine-grained Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across both the UI and API layers

Agent Interaction UI: Build the conversational and specialized user interfaces (e.g., review queues, confidence scoring screens) that allow humans to interact with autonomous agents like the Lease Abstraction Agent

YAML & Configuration Logic: Develop the logic that translates UI-based administrative settings into the underlying YAML configurations consumed by the agent runtimes
Requirements:

Frontend Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in React and modern state management; experience building complex, data-heavy administrative dashboards is essential

Backend Engineering: Strong experience in Java, AI Spring, Spring Boot, Python (FastAPI), and/or Node.js for building scalable, secure RESTful APIs

AI Ecosystem Literacy: Familiarity with AI-specific observability tools like Langfuse or LangSmith and understanding of LLM integration patterns

Database Proficiency: Comfortable working with PostgreSQL and understanding how to interface with specialized data stores like ChromaDB or GraphDB

Security First: Proven experience implementing OAuth 2.0, WorkOS, and multi-tenant isolation strategies at both the application and database levels

DevOps Mindset: Understanding of containerization and the ability to work closely with DevSecOps on deployment orchestration via Kubernetes

Workflow Orchestration: Experience with Temporal for managing long-running, multi-stage agentic workflows

Design Systems: Experience working with Figma and translating high-fidelity mockups into reusable UI component libraries
