We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Associate Software Engineers (ASE) – QA to join our Quality Engineering team. As an entry-level QA Engineer, you will be responsible for learning and contributing to manual and automation testing activities, ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications. You will work closely with development, product, and QA teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Eligibility Criteria

2024 / 2025 pass out.

B.E./B.Tech (CS, IS, EC) or B.Sc. (CS, IT).

0–12 months of IT industry experience.

Minimum 60% aggregate in highest qualification with no active backlogs.
Required Experience and Skills
Technical Skills

Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Knowledge of software testing concepts, including Functional, Sanity, Integration, System, and Regression Testing.

Basic understanding of test case design and defect lifecycle.

Exposure to automation testing concepts and tools such as Selenium or Playwright is desirable.

Basic programming knowledge in C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Familiarity with SQL and basic database queries for data validation.

Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API testing using Postman.

Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of CI/CD concepts is an added advantage.

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA: Eurofins has a strong focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews.
