. Creating documents like BRS /SRS and Project Cost Estimation

. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

Communication between the Client and the Technical teams.

.Good Knowledge of Mobile apps (iOS/android/hybrid) and Web systems.

. Generating Revenue & projects and closing deals with International Clients.

.Create a formal proposal for the project and interact effectively with prospective clients over email, phone, and instant messengers.

Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and industry.
Creating documents like BRS /SRS and Project Cost Estimation
Identifies client organizations' strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
Technical Recommendation and Testing.

.Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 3-4 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Good Knowledge of Mobile apps (iOS/android/hybrid) and Web systems.
Strong documentation skills, prioritizing requirements and create conceptual prototypes, Business Proposal, Agreement, SRS, RFS, etc. to ease the flow of work development.
Should have sound technical knowledge of the frameworks and technologies.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects
