Saviour Education Abroad Group is a leading education consulting organisation with strong experience in study abroad, career guidance, institutional partnerships and student counselling. We are now building a new school-focused career and higher education readiness platform for students, parents and schools.
The platform will help schools conduct future-readiness programs, collect student interest data, manage counselling leads, organise webinars, and guide students for Indian and international education opportunities.
We are looking for a smart, practical and execution-focused software professional who can help us build and manage the first version of this product using modern development tools and AI-assisted coding platforms.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer / AI-Assisted Software Builder who can independently create, manage and improve web-based software applications.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar platforms to speed up software development. The person should be able to convert business ideas into working screens, dashboards, forms, databases and basic automation.
This is not only a coding role. The person should be able to understand business requirements, suggest practical solutions, create MVPs quickly, and coordinate with external developers or vendors when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web applications, dashboards and internal tools.
- Create student registration forms, school dashboards, counsellor dashboards and admin panels.
- Develop basic CRM-style lead management modules.
- Work on databases for students, parents, schools, counsellors and partner institutions.
- Integrate forms, notifications, email, WhatsApp/SMS tools and reporting features.
- Use AI tools to speed up coding, testing, documentation and debugging.
- Convert business requirements into technical workflows and screens.
- Create simple prototypes, MVPs and clickable demos.
- Maintain code using GitHub or similar version-control systems.
- Coordinate with designers, external developers, hosting providers and API vendors.
- Ensure data is organised, secure and easy to access.
- Help select suitable technology tools, plugins, APIs and software platforms.
- Support website updates, landing pages and basic SEO/analytics setup if required.
Required Skills
The candidate should have working knowledge of:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- React.js / Next.js or similar frontend framework
- Node.js / Express.js / Python / PHP / any backend framework
- MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Firebase / Supabase
- API integration
- GitHub
- Basic hosting and deployment
- Responsive web design
- Form builders, dashboards and admin panels
- AI coding tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with CRM or ERP development
- Experience with education portals, admission portals or counselling software
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateway or email automation
- Experience with payment gateway integration
- Basic UI/UX understanding
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools
- Basic mobile app development knowledge
- Ability to work with Figma designs
- Knowledge of data privacy and secure handling of student data

Salary
Salary will depend on experience, technical ability and practical execution skills.
Expected range: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month
Higher compensation may be considered for a candidate who can independently build and manage a complete MVP.
