About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Web Developer who can lead web development projects, create custom software solutions, and support digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern web technologies, software development, website optimization, and digital marketing integration.
Key Responsibilities Web Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive and high-performance websites and web applications.
- Develop custom web solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Optimize website speed, security, and user experience.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, and marketing tools.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Software Development
- Analyze business requirements and develop custom software solutions.
- Design scalable software architectures and databases.
- Develop and maintain ERP, CRM, HRMS, inventory management, or other business applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software systems.
- Implement security best practices and data protection measures.
Digital Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices.
- Manage website analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console).
- Optimize landing pages for lead generation and conversion.
- Implement marketing automation tools and integrations.
- Support paid advertising campaigns through tracking and conversion setup.
Leadership & Project Management
- Lead development projects from planning to deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Coordinate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining code quality standards.
Required Skills Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Expertise in PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies.
- Experience with React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Git, GitHub, DevOps, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS development.
Digital Marketing Knowledge
- SEO (On-Page, Technical SEO)
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console.
- Landing Page Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Marketing Automation and CRM integrations.
- Understanding of PPC campaign tracking and lead management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in developing SaaS products and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of AI integrations, automation tools, and emerging technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
