Full job description

Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Collaborating on user experience planning with a lead experience architect.
Consulting with clients and lead experience architect.
Researching interaction design trends.
Designing user interaction models, workflows and user interfaces for cross-device experiences.
Translating usability and field research findings into design improvements.
Developing high level and/or detailed storyboards, create mockups and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction.
Gauging the usability of new and existing products, and making constructive suggestions for change.
Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps.
Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique.
Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail.

Qualification & Requirements:

Graduate or Postgraduate with professional training or 1-2 year of related experience or internship as an interaction designer or user interface designer, with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities.
Creative and innovative outlook towards problems.
Produce work that is orderly and attractive
Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Fireworks and associated design tools.
Should have proficiency in design and development skills with HTML 5, CSS 3, Twitter Bootstrap, JQuery, and Javascript.
Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies.
Ensure code is written and systems are built in a secure and high quality manner.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team.
Must have strong experience in both mobile app design for iOS, Android, Windows, as well as responsive web design.
Must be entirely self-managed, and capable of meeting the requirements of each sprint.
Ability to manage one's own time efficiently and productively and multi-task in a fast paced organization.
