Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- MuleSoft Developer- SFDC
The MuleSoft Dev develops APIs and integration services that enable seamless communication between enterprise systems. The role focuses on API development, data transformation, and system connectivity using MuleSoft integration platforms.

Build and maintain APIs using MuleSoft

Perform data transformation using DataWeave

Enable secure and reliable system connectivity across applications
-
Design and implement API-led connectivity using System, Process, and Experience APIs aligned with enterprise integration standards

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and downstream consumers to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable integration solutions
-
Apply best practices for API security, including OAuth 2.0, client management, rate limiting, and policy enforcement
-
Perform API documentation using RAML and ensure proper versioning and lifecycle management
-
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Mule applications for performance, reliability, and scalability
-
Implement logging, error handling, and exception frameworks to support operational excellence
-
Support CI/CD pipelines and environment deployments using Anypoint Platform, Maven, and related DevOps tools
-
Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior MuleSoft developers
-
Participate in production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
-
Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and data protection guidelines
-
MuleSoft certification
-
Experience in API development and management
-
Exposure to enterprise integration environments

Relevant years of integration and API development experience

Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft
-
Proficiency in Data Weave for data transformation
-
Understanding of system integration concepts and middleware architecture
-
Strong technical execution
-
Attention to detail and quality
-
Learning agility and continuous improvement mindset
