Job Overview

The Operations Support Executive will be responsible for assisting with daily office operations, material handling, bill delivery, and basic field support activities. The role includes coordinating with technical teams, transporting materials within the city, and supporting basic technical and installation work when required.

This position is suitable for a responsible and active candidate who can handle both office and field-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Office & Administrative Support

Assist with daily office-related tasks and operational activities.
Deliver bills, documents, and other materials to clients or vendors across the city.
Support staff with day-to-day office coordination work.

2. Material Handling & Transportation

Load, unload, and transport materials safely to required locations.
Bring required materials, tools, or equipment from vendors or stores when needed.
Ensure timely delivery and movement of materials for project or office use.

3. Technical Team Support

Assist technical teams during installations and field visits when required.
Support with basic technical work, cable handling, equipment shifting, and site assistance.
Help maintain tools and materials used during technical work.

4. Field Assistance

Visit customer or project locations for bill delivery, material delivery, or support work.
Coordinate with office staff and technical teams for smooth operations.

5. General Responsibilities

Maintain discipline and professional behavior during office and field work.
Handle assigned tasks responsibly and complete them on time.

Qualifications
Educational Background

Minimum HSC / Any basic educational qualification.

Skills Required

Basic communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle field work and physical tasks
Basic understanding of technical or electrical work is preferred
Responsible and punctual attitude

Requirements

Must have own bike for office and field-related work.
Willingness to travel within the city for deliveries and support work.
Ability to lift and handle materials when required.
Basic technical knowledge will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Additional hours may be required depending on work requirements.
