### Job Description
We are hiring a Technical Architect with strong experience in .NET MAUI, Blazor Hybrid, and full-stack .NET development to lead the architecture and delivery of cross-platform mobile and web applications. The role involves designing scalable solutions, driving technical decisions, and mentoring development teams.
### Key Responsibilities
* Architect and lead .NET MAUI applications for Android and iOS, including shared code, native integrations, and platform-specific enhancements.
* Design Blazor-based solutions (Blazor Server, WASM, Blazor WebView) with a focus on code reuse and consistent user experience across platforms.
* Define architecture for:
* Backend: ASP.NET Core Web API, Microservices, EF Core, SQL Server/Cosmos DB
* Frontend: Blazor Components, Razor Class Libraries
* Mobile: .NET MAUI, BlazorWebView, MVVM, Prism/Community Toolkit
* Ensure application performance, security, accessibility, and maintainability standards.
* Establish coding standards, CI/CD processes, and DevOps best practices.
* Guide and mentor developers on MAUI, Blazor, Azure, and modern .NET technologies.
* Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Security teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
* Drive technology selection, integration strategies, and architectural decisions.
### Required Skills
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* 8+ years of software development experience with 3–5 years in Technical Architect or Tech Lead roles.
* Strong expertise in:
* C#, .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core
* .NET MAUI (XAML, Shell, MVVM, Android/iOS development)
* Blazor (Server, WASM, Razor Components, BlazorWebView)
* Azure Services, Functions, Storage, Identity, and Monitoring
* Proven experience building cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI/Xamarin.
* Good understanding of microservices, cloud-native applications, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
* Strong knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, API security, and secure application design.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
### Preferred Skills
* Experience with Blazor Hybrid applications and shared web/mobile codebases.
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Application Insights.
* Knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Kafka, or similar messaging platforms.
* Experience in enterprise integrations, legacy modernization, and SaaS environments.
* Azure Architect, Azure Developer, or related Microsoft certifications are preferred.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
