GreyOak Capital Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Mumbai.
We are building a fintech and market intelligence platform for traders, investors, and internal research teams. The work is not limited to basic website updates. You will be involved in building real product features, dashboards, admin panels, website pages, client workflows, CMS sections, and internal tools.
We are looking for someone practical, reliable, and hands-on. Someone who can understand a requirement, ask the right questions, write clean code, and show working output without needing constant follow-up.
This role is suitable for a developer who enjoys building products, solving problems, and working in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You Will Work On
You will work on different parts of our platform, including:
- Company website pages and product pages
- Client login and onboarding flows
- Admin panels and internal dashboards
- Forms, tables, filters, charts, and user workflows
- CMS-driven pages such as blogs, FAQs, glossary, help pages, and landing pages
- Portfolio upload and research delivery workflows
- Investor quiz and risk profiling systems
- Market data dashboards and financial data modules
- CRM, payment, email, WhatsApp, and analytics integrations
- Frontend improvements, page speed, SEO structure, and responsive design
- Backend APIs, authentication, database operations, and production bug fixes
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Converting Figma designs or UI references into clean and responsive frontend pages.
- Building dashboards, admin panels, forms, data tables, filters, and reusable UI components.
- Connecting frontend pages with APIs and handling loading, error, validation, and success states properly.
- Building and maintaining backend APIs, authentication flows, user roles, and admin-side functionality.
- Working with databases and making sure data is stored, fetched, and displayed correctly.
- Managing CMS pages, blogs, FAQs, service pages, and website sections.
- Improving website speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO structure, and user experience.
- Debugging frontend issues, backend errors, API failures, deployment issues, and production bugs.
- Using Git/GitHub properly and maintaining a clean code structure.
- Working closely with the founders, quant team, designers, and business team to convert ideas into working features.
Minimum Requirements
The candidate must have:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience.
- Strong practical experience with React.js and/or Next.js.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, MUI, Bootstrap, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with REST API integration.
- Basic backend experience with Node.js / Express.js OR PHP / Laravel.
- Experience with at least one database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of login, JWT, protected routes, user roles, and form validation.
- Ability to build dashboards, forms, tables, filters, and admin panels.
- Working knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Basic deployment or hosting knowledge.
- Ability to debug issues and find solutions independently.
- Comfortable working full-time from our Mumbai office.
Good To Have
These skills are not mandatory, but will be an advantage:
- Experience with fintech, SaaS, analytics, dashboards, or data-heavy platforms.
- Experience with financial market data, stock market APIs, or reporting dashboards.
- WordPress Headless CMS or other CMS integration experience.
- Payment gateway integration experience.
- CRM, WhatsApp API, email system, or automation workflow experience.
- Redis, caching, or backend performance experience.
- SEO, Core Web Vitals, Google Search Console, or page-speed optimization experience.
- Basic AWS, VPS, Docker, Vercel, or server management experience.
