Job Purpose
This role supports the execution of innovation initiatives in Data Acquisition, working closely with the Innovations Leader and collaborating with Enterprise Solutions, IT, and DSci teams to convert strategic vision into deployable solutions.
The role focuses on solution design, pilot execution, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of innovative data acquisition capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
Innovation Delivery:

Translate innovation ideas into execution-ready use cases

Support design and deployment of data acquisition solutions (automation, APIs, AI tools)
Technology Collaboration:

Work closely with IT and Enterprise Solutions teams

Ensure feasibility and technical alignment of innovation initiatives
Pilot & Implementation Management:
-
Drive POCs, pilots, and phased rollouts
-
Monitor results and refine solutions before scaling
Stakeholder Coordination:

Work with DSci, Ops, and markets to ensure adoption

Provide training, documentation, and transition support
Continuous Improvement:

Track performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities

Support innovation backlog and pipeline management

Number of employees managed: Individual contributor / small teams

Geographical Scope: Regional / Global projects

Qualifications
Role Requirements
-
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field

Experience: 6–9 years in data, analytics, or technology-enabled roles

Technical Skills:
-
Understanding of APIs, automation, scripting, and data pipelines
-
Exposure to AI/ML-based data solutions is preferred

Functional Skills:
-
Strong problem-solving and execution capability
-
Ability to bridge business and technology teams

Cultural Fit:

Agile mindset and collaborative approach

Comfortable working in fast-paced innovation environments

Language: Fluent English; ability to work with global stakeholders
