We operate with a global team and are transitioning toward AI-augmented production workflows across design, development, and content.
The Role
We are hiring one Senior UX/UI Designer & Developer to work exclusively with us on a long-term basis.
This is not a freelance role. You will own the full lifecycle of website projects—from concept to deployment—while leveraging AI tools as a core part of your workflow.
You will work directly with the founders and be responsible for design quality, development execution, and overall output performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build client websites across industries such as: Clinics & healthcare, Law firms, Med spas, Home service businesses
- Lead UX strategy, wireframing, and interface design
- Develop high-performance websites (primarily WordPress; Webflow/custom is a plus)
- Continuously improve and maintain the agency’s website and landing pages
- Build internal tools and workflow interfaces as we scale automation
- Implement schema markup and technical SEO best practices
- Use AI tools to accelerate design, development, and production workflows
Requirements (Must-Have)
- 5+ years of experience (agency experience required)
- Strong UX/UI design skills (Figma proficiency required)
- Production-level web development experience (WordPress mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT / Claude
- GitHub Copilot / Cursor
- v0.dev, Bolt.new, Figma AI
- Understanding of technical SEO and schema markup
- Strong written English communication
- Portfolio with real client work (service-based businesses preferred)
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience working with clinics, law firms, or home services
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design
- Proven transition from manual workflows to AI-driven workflows
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to clearly explain design decisions to non-technical stakeholders
