Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Java or Python Full Stack Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. We value individuals who demonstrate strong ownership, practical thinking, and the ability to go beyond assigned instructions to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Java or Python (Full Stack) technologies.
Develop robust backend services and responsive frontend interfaces.
Work on database design, API development, and system integrations.
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
Take initiative in improving performance, code quality, and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within timeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2 years of experience in Java or Python Full Stack development.
Strong knowledge of backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot / Django / Flask).
Experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue is a plus).
Good understanding of REST APIs and database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Strong problem-solving ability and logical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal handholding.
Quick learner with a strong willingness to explore and implement new technologies.
