This is a ground-floor opportunity. You will work directly with the operations team and have real ownership of your work from Day 1.
About the Role
As a Caregiver Sourcing & Outreach Intern, you will be the first point of contact for caregivers who want to join the Razano platform. Your job is to find them, call them, understand their background, and bring them into our onboarding pipeline.
This is a calling and coordination role — you will spend most of your day reaching out to potential caregivers via phone, WhatsApp, and job portals. If you are comfortable talking to people all day and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
You will work under the direct guidance of our senior Caregiver Operations Coordinator — a trained nursing professional — giving you hands-on exposure to how verified medical staff and caregivers are sourced, screened, and onboarded in a real healthcare environment.
What You Will Do Daily
- Post caregiver job listings on Apna, WhatsApp groups, and other platforms every morning
- Call applicants and conduct a basic first-filter conversation — experience, location, availability, caregiver type
- Identify genuinely interested candidates and pass them to the senior coordinator for onboarding
- Follow up with caregivers who have expressed interest but not yet confirmed
- Maintain accurate records in our shared Google Sheet tracker — updated daily without fail
- Support the caregiver operations team with coordination tasks as needed
- Assist the senior coordinator during caregiver onboarding and training sessions
What You Will Learn
- How verified nurses, GNM diploma holders, ANM certificate holders, and trained care attendants are sourced and onboarded in a structured healthcare platform

Who We Are Looking For
- Final year students or recent graduates — any stream (BBA, BA, B.Com, BSc, Nursing, Healthcare Management, any)
- Freshers encouraged — no prior experience required
- Students from nursing, paramedical, or healthcare backgrounds will find this especially relevant to their career
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English — you will be calling caregivers daily
- Comfortable making 20–40 calls per day
- Organised, reliable, and able to update records accurately
- Based in or able to commute to Gurugram
- Own smartphone is mandatory. Laptop preferred but not required.
