About SceneCraft
SceneCraft is an AI-powered screenplay-writing platform built for screenwriters and filmmakers. We're a small, AI-first team helping writers go from blank page to polished script, with AI woven into the creative process. We're growing our online presence from the ground up, and we want someone to help us build it.
This isn't a coffee-and-filing internship. You'll write content people actually want to read, build search visibility and backlinks, and grow real communities on platforms like Reddit and Discord. If you already live in AI tools, get how SEO and online communities work, and can write clearly, you'll own meaningful growth work here.
What you'll do
- Write & publish content — blog posts, landing-page copy, social posts, and short scripts that are clear, engaging, and don't sound robotic.
- Use AI to create & scale — use tools like Claude/ChatGPT and image/video generators to produce content faster and better, and know when the output still needs a human fix.
- Off-page SEO & link building — research and earn backlinks through outreach, guest posts, and directory/listing submissions; grow our domain authority over time.
- On-page SEO basics — keyword research, optimizing titles/meta/headings, and tracking rankings.
- Community growth — build genuine presence on Reddit, Discord, and relevant forums by contributing real value (not spam), and represent the brand well in those spaces.
- Social presence — grow our accounts across Instagram, X, and LinkedIn, run a content calendar, and keep a consistent voice.
- Measure & learn — track what's working in Google Analytics / Search Console and basic social analytics, and share simple, honest reports.
What we're looking for
- AI-first mindset — you already use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image and video generators) in your daily workflow, you're genuinely excited about where AI is heading, and you can pull great output from these tools while knowing when the result needs a human fix.
- Strong written communication — you can explain things simply and write copy that reads like a person wrote it.
- A working understanding of SEO, especially off-page SEO, backlinks, and domain authority.
- Comfort with internet communities — you actually use Reddit/Discord and know their unwritten rules (i.e. you know spamming gets you banned).
- Self-driven — you can take a goal and run with it without being micromanaged. This is a remote role.
Nice to have (not required)
- Coursework or projects in marketing, content, communications, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with AI image/video tools (Midjourney, Runway, fal.ai, ElevenLabs, etc.).
- Basic graphic/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop).
- Any blog, newsletter, social account, or community you've grown — even a personal one. Show us.
