Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong experience in the .NET and Azure technology stack and proven expertise in Agile project management. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Manage full lifecycle of software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements
Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
Technical Leadership
Provide technical oversight for solutions built on:
.NET Core / ASP.NET / C#
Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable and secure solutions
Guide teams on best practices in cloud architecture and development
Agile Execution
Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
Manage product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners
Drive continuous improvement and team productivity
Stakeholder Management
Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
Provide transparent status updates and manage expectations effectively
Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction
Team Leadership
Mentor and guide cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and DevOps engineers
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
10–15 years of overall IT experience with strong background in:
.NET Framework /.NET Core / ASP.NET
Microsoft Azure Platform
Experience with:
Microservices architecture and REST APIs
CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
Cloud-native application development
Project Management Skills
Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and risk management
Participate in RFP / RFI responses & SOW creation.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or PRINCE2
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator / Developer / Architect)
Experience working in client-facing or consulting roles
