Full job description

Key responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for customers and suppliers on quality-related matters.
Manage customer quality issues and ensuring effective resolution
Support technical analysis and provide corrective action implementation.
Qualify and develop new suppliers through audits and assessments in line with company quality standards.
Conduct supplier audits and drive continuous quality improvement.
Coordinate and resolve complex supplier quality issues.

Qualifications

Full time Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SQA/SQD in the automotive industry
Friendly, communicative and customer-focused
Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Team Player
Good organizational skills
Stress-resistant and flexible mindset (flexible to travel regularly national and international)
Good knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system is a plus
