Tally Software Project Coordinator

We work closely with clients to understand their business processes and deliver practical software solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Project Coordinator to act as the key link between our clients and software development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills to ensure client requirements are clearly understood, documented, and delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients to gather and understand software customization requirements.
Conduct requirement discussions and document business needs.
Translate client requirements into structured tasks for developers.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate testing and collect client feedback before final delivery.
Handle change requests and maintain project documentation.
Provide regular project status updates to clients and management.
Identify project risks, delays, and blockers and escalate when required.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, developers, and support teams.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to understand business requirements and workflows.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Excellent follow-up and task-tracking capabilities.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in software project coordination, ERP implementation, software support, client servicing, or business analysis.
Experience working with ERP systems, Tally, CRM platforms, or business software.
Basic understanding of accounting and business operations is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable interacting with business owners, accountants, and management teams.
Strong problem-solving mindset.
Takes ownership of project outcomes.
Able to independently follow up with clients and internal teams.
