About the Role
Visko Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Flutter Developer to join our mobile application development team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about mobile technologies and eager to build cross-platform applications using Flutter. The selected candidate will work closely with senior developers and gain hands-on experience in developing, testing, and deploying mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Assist in implementing UI designs and application features.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
- Debug and resolve application issues under the guidance of senior developers.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver quality applications.
- Test applications to ensure performance, responsiveness, and functionality.
- Learn and adopt new technologies and development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, BCA, B.Tech, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Flutter Framework and Dart Programming.
- Knowledge of mobile application development concepts.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON data handling.
- Understanding of state management concepts (GetX, Provider, Bloc, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Firebase services.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Internship or academic project experience in Flutter development.
- Published personal or academic projects on GitHub.
- Knowledge of Android Studio and VS Code.
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.

Compensation
Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA (Based on skills, project experience, and interview performance)
