We're looking for an experienced WordPress & Website Developer who can transform designs into fast, responsive, and conversion-focused websites. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Elementor, WordPress development, eCommerce website creation, website optimization, and handling large-scale website projects.
Job Overview
As a WordPress & Website Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining websites for clients across various industries. You will work closely with designers, marketers, SEO specialists, and project managers to create websites that not only look great but also deliver exceptional performance and user experience.
This role requires someone who understands both the technical and business side of website development.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development
- Develop responsive WordPress websites using Elementor.
- Create pixel-perfect layouts while ensuring mobile responsiveness.
- Develop custom landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Build and maintain corporate, service-based, portfolio, and eCommerce websites.
Elementor Expertise
- Create advanced Elementor templates and reusable sections.
- Develop custom Elementor layouts and dynamic content structures.
- Optimize Elementor websites for speed and performance.
- Troubleshoot Elementor-related issues and plugin conflicts.
eCommerce Development
- Build and manage WooCommerce websites.
- Configure products, categories, payment gateways, shipping settings, and checkout flows.
- Improve eCommerce user experience and conversion rates.
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs when required.
Website Optimization
- Improve Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed scores.
- Optimize images, scripts, CSS, and website assets.
- Implement caching and performance enhancements.
- Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and technically optimized.
Technical Implementation
- Configure domains, hosting, SSL certificates, DNS settings, and website migrations.
- Manage backups, security implementations, and website maintenance.
- Implement tracking codes including:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion Tracking
- Event Tracking
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Identify and resolve website bugs and technical issues.
- Perform regular updates and security checks.
- Maintain website functionality across browsers and devices.
Required Skills & ExperienceMust Have
- 3+ years of WordPress development experience.
- Strong expertise in Elementor Pro.
- Experience building large and complex websites.
- Strong WooCommerce experience.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive development.
- Experience with website speed optimization.
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Experience with website migrations and hosting management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
