The Role
We're hiring a Product Manager to own the end-to-end product experience across one or more products in our SaaS portfolio. This is a design-led PM role, you'll spend meaningful time in Figma, in user interviews, and in the weeds of the actual experience, not just writing PRDs. You'll work directly with the Director and a small team of engineers and designers to ship product that real customers use and pay for.

What You'll Work On
You'll partner on flagship products in our portfolio, which include:
- A real estate CRM platform serving brokerages and agents
- A mortgage intelligence platform for the markets
- A multi-tenant helpdesk SaaS for small and mid-sized SaaS companies
- A developer-first email delivery API
- A commercial lease intelligence product
Specific product allocation will be discussed during the interview based on your strengths and interests.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for one or more products, from discovery through launch
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability testing; translate insights into product decisions
- Design end-to-end product experiences in Figma user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; ensure clean design-to-development handoff
- Maintain and scale design systems for visual and functional consistency
- Define and track product metrics (activation, retention, conversion, NPS) and use data to drive iteration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, leadership, and (where applicable) customer-facing teams
- Stay close to the market competitive analysis, category trends, and emerging patterns in SaaS UX
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product design, or a blended role at a SaaS or consumer tech company
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped product work (not concept projects)
- Fluency in Figma design systems, prototyping, component libraries
- Experience with user research methods: interviews, usability testing, surveys, journey mapping
- Ability to think in flows and systems, not just screens
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; comfortable working async across time zones
- Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor (this is a contractor engagement, not employment)
Bonus Points
- Experience in real estate tech, fintech, mortgage tech, or B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with developer-facing products or API products
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, GA4)
- Exposure to AI-first product workflows and tooling
- Experience with design tokens, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Prior remote work experience with international teams
Compensation & Logistics
- Monthly fee: ₹20,000 per month.
- Engagement type: Independent contractor (you invoice us monthly; you handle your own taxes in India)
- Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible (you set your own schedule with reasonable availability for collaboration)
- Location: Fully remote — work from anywhere in India
- Start date: Immediate / within 2 weeks
- Payment: International wire transfer in INR to your Indian bank account, monthly in arrears
- Notice period: 7 days during probation; 30 days thereafter
