About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence solutions across Web Applications, Mobile Applications, and Desktop Software platforms.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI-powered automation systems. You will play a key role in architecting scalable AI products, integrating AI capabilities into software platforms, and driving innovation across multiple business domains.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Architecture
- Design and architect enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Lead AI product development from concept to deployment.
- Define AI infrastructure, model selection, and deployment strategies.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption opportunities.
AI Application Development
- Build AI-powered Web Applications.
- Develop AI-driven Mobile Applications (iOS & Android).
- Create AI-enabled Desktop Applications for Windows and macOS.
- Integrate AI services into existing software products.
Generative AI & LLM Development
- Build AI Assistants and Chatbots using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and other LLMs.
- Design AI Agent workflows and autonomous systems.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models.
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and AI orchestration systems.
Machine Learning & Data Science
- Design and deploy Machine Learning models.
- Build recommendation engines and predictive analytics systems.
- Develop customer behavior analysis models.
- Create forecasting and intelligent automation solutions.
- Train, evaluate, and optimize AI models for production environments.
Computer Vision
- Develop image recognition systems.
- Build object detection and tracking solutions.
- Create OCR and document intelligence platforms.
- Implement video analytics and visual AI applications.
NLP & Conversational AI
- Design conversational AI systems.
- Build multilingual AI assistants.
- Implement speech-to-text and text-to-speech capabilities.
- Develop intelligent search and knowledge management systems.
AI Infrastructure & Deployment
- Deploy AI solutions on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Optimize AI model performance and scalability.
- Build AI APIs and microservices.
- Implement MLOps pipelines and model monitoring systems.
- Ensure AI security, compliance, and governance standards.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor junior AI Engineers and developers.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Development Teams.
- Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews.
- Drive best practices for AI development and deployment.
