Full job description

Job Summary
A Full Stack Developer Trainer is responsible for teaching and mentoring students, trainees, or professionals in front-end and back-end web development technologies. The trainer designs course materials, conducts training sessions, provides hands-on coding exercises, and helps learners develop practical full-stack development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training on full-stack web development technologies.
Teach front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Teach back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Java, Python, PHP, or .NET.
Train learners on database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and others.
Create and update training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
Conduct coding workshops, practical sessions, and project reviews.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Guide learners in building real-world applications and portfolio projects.
Assist students with interview preparation and career guidance.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development.
Experience with REST APIs and web services.
Proficiency in databases and database design.
Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment processes is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience preferred.
Relevant certifications in web development or training are advantageous.
