Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Website Developer with experience in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites and landing pages while ensuring excellent user experience, fast performance, and seamless integrations with marketing and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development
- Develop and maintain company websites and landing pages.
- Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatible websites.
- Create visually appealing and user-centric interfaces.
- Ensure website scalability and maintainability.
Frontend Development
- Develop modern user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, or Next.js.
- Implement responsive designs and interactive user experiences.
- Optimize UI performance and usability.
Backend Development
- Develop and manage server-side functionality.
- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Manage form submissions, lead capture systems, and CRM integrations.
- Ensure data security and application stability.
Performance Optimization
- Improve website speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
- Conduct regular website audits and troubleshooting.
- Optimize conversion rates through landing page improvements.
- Implement tracking codes and analytics tools.
- Integrations & Automation
- Integrate CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Configure Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and tracking systems.
- Develop custom integrations where required.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Operations teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional website solutions.
- Support campaign launches and digital initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Experience with React.js
- and/or Next.js.
- Strong understanding of WordPress.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of website security and performance optimization.
- Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working with lead-generation websites.
- Experience in website migration and hosting management.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
