Our current website is built on WordPress and WooCommerce. As we continue to grow, we are planning a transition to a custom-built platform and are looking for a highly skilled developer who can support both our current infrastructure and future development roadmap.
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and experienced Full Stack Web Developer who can take ownership of our website ecosystem.
This role goes beyond basic website maintenance. We are looking for someone who can act as a long-term technology partner—maintaining our existing WordPress platform, implementing new features, improving performance, solving technical issues, and helping us build and scale a custom web platform in the future.
The ideal candidate should be technically strong, highly responsive, capable of working independently, and available for emergency support when critical issues arise.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management & Maintenance
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the company website.
- Monitor website health, uptime, and performance.
- Perform regular updates, backups, and security audits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and website errors.
Feature Development
- Develop and implement new website features and functionality.
- Improve customer experience and website usability.
- Build custom solutions to support business growth.
Performance & Security
- Optimize website speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Improve SEO-related technical implementations.
- Strengthen website security and prevent vulnerabilities.
- Ensure scalability as website traffic and product offerings grow.
Integrations
- Integrate APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, ERP solutions, and marketing tools.
- Develop custom integrations when required.
Future Platform Development
- Assist in planning and executing the migration from WordPress to a custom-built platform.
- Participate in architecture decisions for future web applications.
- Build scalable systems that support long-term growth.
Collaboration
- Work closely with management, marketing, and design teams.
- Provide technical recommendations and suggest improvements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
