About the Role
We are looking for a talented AI developer with at least 4 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, machine learning frameworks, and modern AI development tools to build intelligent solutions that solve real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and workflows.
- Build and optimise Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
- Create AI agents, chatbots, copilots, and automation workflows.
- Integrate AI models with web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models for performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI systems in production.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience working on AI/ML projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex,
- Hands-on experience building RAG applications.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Milvus.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Hugging Face, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI optimisation techniques.
- Experience with REST APIs and backend development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, Git, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing AI agents and multi-agent systems.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and deployment practices.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerised environments.
- Exposure to fine-tuning open-source models.
- Understanding of NLP, embeddings, and semantic search concepts.
