Full job description

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).

Beyond standard full-stack development, we are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between traditional web architecture and Agentic AI. If you have experience building autonomous AI agents, integrating LLMs into production workflows, and can jump between React and Vue.js without breaking a sweat, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Mastery: Design and implement robust, scalable server-side logic using Node.js and Express, while crafting responsive, high-fidelity front-end interfaces.
Database Management: Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas for performance, reliability, and data integrity.
AI Integration: Develop and deploy AI Agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGPT to automate complex workflows and enhance user experience.
Framework Agility: Primarily work within React, but provide expertise and support for projects utilizing Vue.js.
API Architecture: Build and maintain secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless communication between the client-side and AI microservices.
Deployment & DevOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy containerized applications using Docker and cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Required Technical Skills

MERN Stack: Deep proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
JavaScript/TypeScript: Expert-level knowledge of ES6+ and TypeScript for maintainable codebases.
State Management: Experience with Redux, Context API, or Vuex/Pinia.
Agentic AI: Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude) and building AI Agents that can reason, use tools, and maintain state.
Frontend Flexibility: Solid experience with Vue.js (Bonus points for Vue 3 and Composition API).
Vector Databases: Familiarity with Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus for AI retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Bonus Points If You Have:

Python Proficiency: Familiarity with Python for AI/ML prototyping (FastAPI, Flask).
Open Source Contributions: An active GitHub profile showing passion for the dev community.
Prompt Engineering: A deep understanding of how to optimize model outputs through advanced prompting techniques.
Microservices: Experience breaking down monoliths into scalable, agent-driven microservices.
