Job Overview:-
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in MERN Stack, Node.js, AWS, Microservices, and Kubernetesto lead engineering teams and build scalable, high-performance applications.
The role involves end-to-end ownership of system architecture, full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, scalability engineering, and technical leadership, ensuring secure, reliable, and production-grade software solutions across web and cloud platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing distributed systems, leading HLD/LLD discussions, managing cloud-native infrastructure, and driving engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers and developers
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers
- Drive architecture decisions, technical strategy, and engineering governance
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Establish coding standards, deployment processes, and production readiness practices
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, secure, and reliable software delivery
- Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, QA teams, and business stakeholders
- Own technical roadmap, delivery timelines, engineering outcomes, and system scalability
Full-Stack Development
- Design and develop end-to-end applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
- Lead development using Node.js, React, Next.js, and Vue.js
- Build scalable frontend architectures with SSR/SSG and performance optimization
- Design and maintain secure REST APIs and backend services
- Ensure clean, scalable, and secure API contracts between frontend and backend systems
System Design & Microservices
- Lead HLD/LLD discussions and scalable architecture planning
- Design scalable, secure, and production-grade microservices-based architectures
- Implement distributed systems and event-driven communication patterns
- Ensure fault tolerance, reliability, high availability, and performance optimization
- Build scalable asynchronous pipelines and inter-service communication systems
- Work on production-scale systems with focus on scalability and resilience
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Architect and manage infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS)
- Design cost-efficient and scalable cloud systems
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation practices
- Manage deployments, cloud operations, monitoring, and infrastructure optimization
- Drive observability practices using logs, metrics, alerts, and monitoring tools
DevOps & Containerization
- Containerize applications using Docker
- Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Work with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch
- Improve deployment reliability, automation, and production operations
Database & Performance
- Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch
- Implement Redis/Memcached caching strategies
- Design efficient schemas, indexing strategies, and distributed data handling systems
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and database operations
Messaging & Event Systems
- Work with Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS
- Build scalable asynchronous pipelines and distributed communication systems
- Implement event-driven architectures and real-time data processing systems
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in MERN Stack and Node.js
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, or Vue.js
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Event-Driven Architectures
- Experience with Redis/Memcached and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of scalable cloud infrastructure and production-grade systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, testing lifecycle, and deployment automation
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools and infrastructure optimization
- Understanding of API security, OWASP best practices, and secure cloud architecture
- Experience in performance optimization, scalability engineering, and high-scale production systems
- Proven technical leadership, system design, and architecture experience

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
