Job Purpose:
This is a multi-skilled role responsible for leading a team of 4–6 developers to design, implement, test, and support enterprise applications. The role requires strong full-stack development expertise, primarily in .NET and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js / React / Angular), along with SQL.
Additional exposure to ETL, Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, and Azure App Services is desirable.
As a Technical Lead, you will balance hands-on development with strategic leadership responsibilities. Approximately 50–60% of your time will be dedicated to hands-on engineering, with the remainder focused on leadership, team management, and delivery ownership.
Job Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Actively utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js / React / Angular) with SQL Server.
- Build scalable applications and deploy them on Azure App Services.
- Write clean, secure, maintainable, and testable code using industry best practices.
- Lead and manage a team, including career development, 1:1s, hiring, and performance management.
- Own and deliver product and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure adherence to architectural best practices, including Well-Architected Framework pillars with a strong emphasis on security.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Evaluate business requirements, define problems, and develop appropriate technical solutions.
- Follow and enforce company software development standards and best practices.

Familiarity with:
- Design patterns and architectural principles (MVC, Dependency Injection, RESTful APIs, Microservices)

Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (e.g.,xUnit) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.

Work Timings:
Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM IST to provide healthy overlap between India team and US team and supporting both to ensure adequate collaboration. This role will be working in Hybrid Mode and will require at least 2 days’ work from office at Hyderabad. Occasional evening and weekend work may be expected in case of job-related emergencies or client needs.
