Role Overview:
As a Tech Lead Consultant, you will spearhead the design and implementation of sophisticated systems that integrate AI-driven analytics with large-scale GIS data. You will act as the primary technical bridge between our engineering team and key stakeholders, ensuring that our full-stack architecture remains robust, secure, and performant. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on coding, architectural decision-making, and mentoring team members to deliver high-quality software that directly influences our clients' operational efficiency and strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop end-to-end full-stack applications that seamlessly integrate complex GIS data layers to provide intuitive user experiences.
- Design and deploy AI/ML models into production environments to automate spatial data processing and enhance predictive accuracy for end-users.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our software delivery lifecycle.
- Lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into modular, maintainable, and efficient codebases.
- Optimize system performance by identifying bottlenecks in data processing and implementing scalable solutions that handle high-volume geospatial datasets.
- Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in software engineering, testing, and documentation.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development using modern frameworks, with a strong ability to build responsive and scalable web applications.
- Proficient in working with GIS technologies and spatial databases, including the ability to manipulate and visualize complex geographic datasets.
- Hands-on experience in integrating AI and machine learning workflows into production-grade software applications.
- Strong command of DevOps practices, including containerization, orchestration, and cloud infrastructure management to ensure seamless deployment cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative team efforts.
- Minimum of 6 to 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a track record of delivering complex techologies
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
