We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, have strong problem-solving skills, and be capable of mentoring junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications
- Work on both front-end and back-end development
- Build reusable, efficient, and scalable code
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance
- Review code and mentor junior developers
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Participate in deployment and release management
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong proficiency in:
- Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
- Back-end: Node.js / Python / Java
- Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices
- Experience with version control tools like Git
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with containerization tools
- Knowledge of system architecture and design patterns
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to security best practices and performance optimization
