About the Role
We are looking for a Flutter Developer with Python knowledge to join our growing technology team in Coimbatore.
Flutter will be your primary responsibility, with Python, backend development, and database knowledge being important supporting skills. You will be involved in building, improving, and maintaining our mobile applications while working closely with backend, product, and business teams.
We are looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also has a genuine interest in learning, experimenting, and taking ownership. Since we are a growing startup, the ability to adapt, solve problems independently, and work across different areas of technology is important.
Key Responsibilities :
*Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
* Build clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable Flutter code.
* Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services.
* Work with the backend team to understand, integrate, and troubleshoot APIs.
* Develop and maintain application features from requirements through development, testing, and deployment.
* Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and application crashes.
* Work with databases and understand how application data flows between the mobile app, backend, and database.
* Make basic backend changes or enhancements using Python, wherever required.
* Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to convert requirements into working features.
* Participate in code reviews and follow good development practices.
* Use Git for version control and maintain proper development workflows.
* Take ownership of assigned features and ensure timely delivery.
* Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and tools that can improve the product.
Required Skills :
* 2+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.
* Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
* Good understanding of mobile application development.
* Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
* Good understanding of Flutter state management.
* Experience with Git/version control.
* Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
* Basic to good knowledge of Python.
* Understanding of backend concepts and API development.
* Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
* Ability to understand and work with an existing codebase.
Good to Have :
* Experience with Firebase.
* Experience with authentication, push notifications, analytics, and third-party SDK integrations.
* Experience publishing apps to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
* Knowledge of CI/CD and application deployment.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms and backend infrastructure.
* Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
* Experience working in a startup or product-based company.
