Job Summary

Position: Associate General Manager, AI Foundry

HCLTech is a leading global IT services and software company, surpassing $14 billion in revenue this year. Leveraging our strong foundation and leadership in AI, Digital, Cloud and Engineering capabilities, we are poised to make significant strides in the AI and GenAI space.

We’re seeking an Associate General Manager, Product Marketing for AI Foundry, HCLTech’s enterprise-scale Data and AI solution offerings. In this role, you’ll define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the AI Foundry practice and solution offerings, driving our mission to enable enterprises to operationalize AI within their existing data estates - whether on-prem, private or public cloud, with governance, flexibility and measurable business outcomes built in. Collaborate with Product, Sales and Presales teams, with direct reporting to the Global Head of AI/GenAI Marketing and dotted-line accountability to the Business Head.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for the AI Foundry offerings, refining the messaging and market positioning through go-to-market and experiential campaigns that align with business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
Product Launch Leadership: Lead end-to-end product pre-launch and launch planning, including strategy, timelines, messaging, and execution. Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize milestones and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Positioning & Messaging: Create clear, compelling positioning and messaging frameworks, GTM materials, enablement content, and conceptual/demo videos that demonstrate how AI Foundry enable enterprises to operationalize AI.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, email and other channels to drive demand generation, accelerate pipeline, and increase product adoption.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and own the ABM strategy for strategic accounts and partners, leveraging 1:1 and 1:few programs to maximize engagement and influence.
Performance Measurement & Analytics: Measure and report on marketing and GTM program performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Track AI industry trends, analyze analyst reports and perform competitive analysis to inform GTM strategy, positioning and product development.
Content & Enablement Management: Develop and maintain product website content, sales enablement tools, and all GTM materials to support internal teams and customer-facing initiatives.
Skill Requirements
12-15 years of B2B marketing and product marketing experience in high-growth SaaS, enterprise software or analytics companies.
Proven track record of creating and executing successful product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans, including product launches.
Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer insights to drive strategy.
Expertise in positioning, messaging and value proposition development.
Experience in sales enablement, developing collateral, training and tools that support revenue growth.
Ability to track and measure marketing success metrics, including impact on pipeline, revenue, and GTM ROI.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective at building cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and programs.
Ability to excel in fast-moving, dynamic environments while applying creative and innovative problem-solving.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration; MBA preferred.
