Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior AI Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise-grade AI-powered applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, AWS, Aurora PostgreSQL, Python, Generative AI and LLM technologies, with proven experience taking AI solutions from design and development through production deployment, monitoring, optimization and support.
This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong ownership of end-to-end AI application delivery, including RAG, embeddings, vector search, AI agents, tool usage, AI evaluation, security, governance and observability.
Must-Have Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience building and supporting production software applications

AI Engineering & Production Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy AI-powered enterprise applications
- Build production-grade LLM and Generative AI features
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search and agent-based solutions
- Develop AI applications using Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore
- Design AI grounding and retrieval strategies for enterprise data
- Develop AI-enabled features using Python and TypeScript/Node.js
- Implement AI evaluation frameworks to measure quality, accuracy and reliability
- Establish prompt lifecycle management and versioning
- Implement AI observability, monitoring and production diagnostics
- Optimize model selection, latency and AI infrastructure costs
- Design and implement AI guardrails and governance controls
- Monitor model behavior and continuously improve AI solutions
- Secure AI applications against:
- Prompt injection
- Sensitive information disclosure

Full Stack Development
- Build scalable enterprise web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js

- Implement authentication, authorization and secure API communication
- Develop responsive and user-friendly application interfaces
- Design and implement distributed and event-driven systems on AWS
AWS & Cloud Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native architecture, including:
