About the Role

RV Veritas Business Solutions is hiring an ambitious Growth Lead / Business Development Representative to serve as the primary commercial face of our agency. In this role, you will drive outbound prospecting across local businesses, training academies, and healthcare clinics, sharing high-impact product demos and securing discovery calls for our Commercial Founder.{https://rvveritas.netlify.app}

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Outreach: Execute 25–30 targeted outbound touchpoints per day across local businesses, academies, and clinics via WhatsApp, phone calls, and in-person visits.
Demo Distribution: Share 4–5 personalized 90-second product demo links daily with business owners and key decision-makers.
Meeting Booking: Schedule 3–4 qualified discovery calls/meetings per week for the Commercial Founder.
CRM Management: Accurately log prospect responses, follow-up dates, and feedback in the agency CRM to maintain a structured sales pipeline.

Requirements & Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Prior experience or a strong interest in B2B sales, direct field outreach, cold calling, or tech solution selling.
High energy, self-discipline, and comfort with target-driven daily outreach quotas.
Basic understanding of digital workflows, automation tools, or tech services.
A proactive mindset eager to grow into a leadership role within 6 months.

Compensation & Career Growth

Months 1–6 (Uncapped Commission Model):
Setup Fee Commission: 25% cut on every closed implementation setup fee (e.g., ₹7,500 on a standard ₹30,000 setup).
Recurring Retainer Pool: 10% monthly cut on recurring retainer collections for active clients brought in.
Earning Potential: Projected monthly earnings scale from ₹8,300 in Month 1 up to ₹33,700/month by Month 6.
Month 7 Onward (Promotion & Fixed Salary):

Upon achieving >= 12 paying clients closed within the first 6 months:

Promotion to Head of Business Development.
Fixed Base Salary of ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month.
Plus 10% Setup Bonus + 5% Retainer Pool ongoing.
