About the Role
Tint Tone & Shade is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern who is eager to learn and build practical experience in graphic design and marketing communications.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to create visual content for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, branding, and other marketing requirements. This role is well suited for someone with a strong interest in design, good visual sense, and a willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic & Creative Design
- Assist in creating visual assets for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
- Support the design of social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Assist in creating brochures, flyers, company profiles, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all creatives.
- Convert creative briefs and ideas into visually appealing designs.
Digital Marketing Support
- Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Assist in developing engaging social media content and campaign creatives.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats required for digital platforms.
Creative Collaboration
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Work closely with senior designers, content writers, social media managers, photographers, and videographers.
- Take feedback positively and make revisions based on creative requirements.
- Maintain organized design files and follow the team's workflow.
Presentation & Branding
- Assist in designing PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations and pitch decks.
- Support the creation of internal communication and marketing materials.
- Assist in maintaining consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, and other brand elements.
Learning & Development
- Stay updated with current graphic design and social media trends.
- Learn and experiment with new design techniques and tools.
- Develop an understanding of branding, typography, layouts, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign – Basic knowledge preferred
- Figma – Basic knowledge preferred
- Canva / Canva Pro
- PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Adobe After Effects – Basic knowledge or willingness to learn is an advantage
Design Competencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or any related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- A strong portfolio of academic, personal, freelance, or creative projects is preferred.
- Internship or project experience in graphic design, marketing, branding, interior design, architecture, real estate, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
