You are a passionate Analog Design Engineer with strong expertise in the design and development of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. You have hands-on experience designing high-performance analog IPs including High-Speed I/O (HSTIO), LVDS interfaces, Crystal Oscillators, Bias Generators, Bandgap References, LDO Regulators, Supply Monitoring Circuits, and related analog building blocks.
You enjoy solving complex circuit design challenges and have a deep understanding of transistor-level design, circuit optimization, and silicon validation. You are comfortable working across the entire product lifecycle from architecture definition and circuit implementation to layout review, silicon bring-up, and characterization.
You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with layout, digital, verification, product engineering, and validation teams to deliver robust and production-quality designs. You are detail-oriented, technically curious, and motivated to develop high-performance analog solutions for next-generation semiconductor products.

Design, develop, and validate analog and mixed-signal IP blocks including High-Speed I/O (HSTIO), LVDS interfaces, Crystal Oscillators, Bandgap References, Bias Generators, LDO Regulators, Supply Detectors, and other analog building blocks.

Perform transistor-level circuit design, simulation, and optimization across process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) conditions.

Execute comprehensive pre-layout and post-layout verification including corner, Monte Carlo, mismatch, noise, reliability, and performance analysis.

Work closely with layout teams to implement high-performance analog layout methodologies including matching, shielding, isolation, and parasitic optimization.

Participate in architecture definition, design reviews, documentation, and technical discussions.

Collaborate with digital, verification, validation, and product engineering teams to ensure successful integration and product execution.

Support silicon bring-up, characterization, debugging, and correlation of silicon results with simulation data.

Contribute to design methodologies that improve performance, robustness, power efficiency, and product quality.

Apply analog design best practices, including awareness of ESD protection and reliability requirements.

Strong experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design.

Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: High-Speed I/O (HSTIO), LVDS, Crystal Oscillators, Bandgap References, Bias Circuits, LDO Regulators, Supply Detection Circuits, or related analog IPs.

Solid understanding of transistor-level analog design fundamentals including gain, bandwidth, noise, stability, matching, and power optimization.

Experience with industry-standard analog design and simulation tools.

Strong knowledge of pre-layout and post-layout verification methodologies, including PVT, Monte Carlo, reliability, and corner simulations.

Experience working closely with layout engineers on analog layout reviews and parasitic-aware design optimization.

Exposure to silicon bring-up, characterization, debugging, and lab validation.

Understanding of ESD protection concepts and analog reliability considerations is preferred.
